Refund policy

 

All Sale Merchandise & Gift Cards Are FINAL SALE.

WELL READ will accept, for RETURN, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer for a full refund to the original payment method within 10 days of the received date. Merchandise returned without a receipt within 14 days of the received date will receive a store credit. Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxes and dust bags.

WELL READ reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition, outside the 14 day policy or is a part of a promotional sale. Please refer to the Disclaimer page for current promotional details and exclusions. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of return goods. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN/RETURN PROCESS:

1. Please email us with your order number and the item(s) you are looking to return.

2. We will reply to you within 24 hours of your return request - We will send you return instructions as the returns are directed to a separate department. *Please do not mail your return without contacting us for a return authorization. Well Read reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange without management authorization.

3. Once we have received your approved return, our team inspects the item(s) to ensure they are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. 

4. Customer service will reach out to you regarding your return following which either a refund back to your original payment method or a store credit.

 

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please email us. Customer is responsible for Shipping Costs. Shipping Costs are not refundable. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise to confirm that the item is damaged, defective and/or the wrong item and a customer service representative will reach out to you.

 

Once you have notified us of a return request or exchange and the request has been accepted, you will have 2 days from the request acceptance to ship the merchandise back. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and sending the merchandise back to the address provided to you by our Online Returns Department. Shipping Costs are not refundable. Once we have received your return or exchange, our Online Return Department will reach out to you with the status of your return or exchange. Refunds will take an estimated 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  

EXANGE POLICY

WELL READ will accept, for EXCHANGE, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer within 14 days of the receipt date. Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days. Items must be exchanged with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxes and dust bags. 

Please email us with your order number and the item(s) style/color/size for us to see if your exchange is available. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping Costs are not refundable.
